We accept payments through Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
As a New York state company, we must charge NYS Sales Tax on any shipments going to a NY address unless you have a current ST-129 tax exemption certificate on file with us. In addition, as a manufacturer of artificial fishing lures, Poombah Plugs must collect a 10% federal excise tax on the sale of our products. Learn more about Title 26 IRC 4161 here.
As a custom plug manufacturer, we sometimes have unallocated inventory but most often do not. Please recognize that orders will be shipped within 3-4 weeks of receiving payment. Orders for delivery within the US will be done via the USPS Priority Mail flat rate service at an additional charge of $10.00 per order. Orders in total value of $100.00 or more before sales tax will be shipped Priority Mail for free. Orders for delivery outside of the US will be done via UPS Worldwide Expedited service on an EXW factory, pre-ay & add basis. If you have provided an email address you will receive a tracking number for your shipment(s).
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return any product within thirty (30) days of receipt provided the condition of the product is unused. Simply email us your name, phone number and copy of sales receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label. All you need to do is pack up the goods for return and provide it to the USPS for delivery. Please note you are responsible for properly packaging any and all goods for return to avoid damage in transit. Credit will be applied after receipt and acceptance of the returned goods.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.
We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you. We use an outside processing company to bill users for our goods. Your personal information shall not be retained, shared, stored or used for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.
It is our policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our business. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personally identifiable information you may provide us.

· We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
· We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us.
· We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
